Company Providence at Home with Compassus Position Summary: As a Hospice Aide, your focus will be on helping patients with daily activities and providing personal care. AI-supported tools allow you to document key patient details efficiently, giving you more time to deliver compassionate, hands-on care. Patient-Centered Care: Spend more time providing hands-on, compassionate care to patients. Reduced Documentation Burden: Use AI-supported tools to streamline clinical notes and regain personal time. Key Responsibilities: Assistpatients withactivities of daily living(ADLs) andmonitorbasic health needs. Leverage documentation tools to track care provided and report patient conditions. Build trust with patients bymaintainingfocus on their needs. Education And/or Experience Certified Nursing Assistant required. 1 year experience as a CNA in hospice, home health settings preferred.
