We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Supervisor – Nurse Aide Program for a flexible, part-time opportunity in Rochester, New York .

Position Details:

• Start Date: ASAP
• Part-time, approximately 10 hours per week
• Flexible schedule
• Clinical and educational setting
• Opportunity to support and supervise students in a Nurse Aide Program

Qualifications:

• Active New York Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Clinical nursing experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to provide guidance and supervision to students in a healthcare training environment

Pay:

• Up to $58.00 per hour
• Up to $580 weekly

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to Nurse Aide Program students
• Support students in developing and applying essential nursing and patient-care skills
• Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Collaborate with program staff and other healthcare professionals
• Help ensure students are prepared to provide safe, quality patient care
• Maintain a professional and supportive learning environment
