What You'll Do Collaborating with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care. Advocating for patients while fostering a supportive and compassionate care environment. What We're Looking For Education : High School Diploma or GED, required. Graduate of accredited Practical Nursing Program, required. Experience : One year of relevant experience, preferred. Licensure/Certification : Appropriate state LPN license, required.
