Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations for clients, identifying their needs and formulating appropriate, personalized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide a holistic approach to client care.
• Ensure meticulous maintenance of clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, contributing to the integrity of the organization.
• Stay abreast of current research and advancements in the mental health field by attending relevant workshops and pursuing ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with a diverse client population and addressing a variety of mental health issues.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 300,000 to 400,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
