Job Summary:
- Receives pick ticket from shipping office
- Pulls and verifies orders accurately in preparation for delivery to customer using a hand scanner.
- Required to input data on a computer
- Compare identifying information and quantities on the packing/ pick slip against the purchase order, count items for verification, and indicate discrepancies
- Is required / certified to operate any, or all of the following warehouse equipment: forklift, pallet jack, wave runner, scissor lift safely.
- Perform any other duties and requested or required
Education/ Experience Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Some computer skills
- Good math skills for product counts
- Must be able to read and understand English
- Bilingual preferred, but not required
Essential Requirements:
- Pull orders for delivery to customers
- Deliver order to designated combining area for processing
- Verify orders to pick/ packing slip for accuracy to purchase order
- Must be able to read pick/ packing slip
- Good communication skills
