RESPONSIBILITIES

* Assists in the responsibility for the total patient care within the nursing unit.

• Provides direct STNA care to the patients
• Provides basic care under the supervision of nursing staff
• Assist with daily living activities (such bathing, dressing, and grooming)
• Assist the residents with meals
• Assist with mobility, transferring, and positioning
• Change linens and help maintain a safe & clean environment
• Provides emotional support and companionship to residents

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED
• Holds & maintains a STNA Certificate from the state of Ohio
