Traveling RN Clinical Manager

Provide clinical leadership support across Erickson Senior Living communities enterprise wide Step into key leadership positions and support teams during critical transitions Provide interim leadership as Clinical Manager, Wellness Manager, Staff Development Coordinator/Nurse Educator, Home Care Clinical Manager, or ADON if needed Oversee clinical outcomes and coordinate, implement, and oversee clinical care for assigned skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living, or memory care neighborhoods Support comprehensive nursing services for Continuing Care residents or home health patients Collaborate with department directors to meet residents’ care needs Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to Charge Nurses, Licensed Nurses, Care Associates, and clinical leaders Facilitate and analyze quality-of-care indicators including wound care, infection control, falls risk reduction, pain management, weight loss, and dehydration Participate in Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement activities to monitor and improve outcomes Develop, implement, and provide in-service and continuing education programs with Clinical Leaders and interdisciplinary team members Requirements Registered Nurse (RN) Minimum of 3 years of experience in skilled nursing facility/continuing care environment or Certified Home Health is required Minimum of 2 years leadership/management/supervisory experience required Be able to obtain an RN license in states where Erickson operates Be able to travel 100% of the time and weekends, if necessary Be available 24/7 to support clinical care needs with non-traditional hours for the community assignment if needed Core Competencies Demonstrates strong clinical leadership and management capabilities in skilled nursing and continuing care environments, with a focus on quality assurance, mentorship, and comprehensive nursing services.
