As a housekeeping assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional long-term care, sub-acute care, and memory care. Your strong clinical skills and commitment to resident-centered care will help us meet the evolving needs of those we serve. RESPONSIBILITIES Including, but not limited to: Daily duties may include changing linens on residents' beds, cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, washing mirrors and replenishing washroom supplies Responsible for emptying trash cans and cleaning air vents, furnishings, and horizontal surfaces to remove dust and dirt. Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced healthcare environment are required. The ideal candidate will also have previous organizational experience. All other duties as assigned. SKILLS High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in long-term care or other healthcare settings is a plus. Detailed oriented with excellent follow-up skills. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility.
