Both the Commerce and Greenville clinics are equipped with indoor heated aquatic therapy pools, AlterG® anti-gravity treadmills, and advanced rehabilitation equipment to support exceptional patient outcomes. Backed by the resources of H2 Health, you'll have the support of a collaborative clinical network while maintaining the community-focused feel that has made Hulsey Therapy Services a trusted provider since 2000.Your Role:Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and overall quality of life.Treat a variety of orthopedic, post-operative, musculoskeletal, and mobility-related conditions.Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes.Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.Work within a manageable caseload environment, typically targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits per day for full-time outpatient clinicians.Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
