Sr. Manager of FP&A

Our client is one of the fastest-growing beauty companies in the world looking for an FP&A Manager. Their brands are sold in more than 60 countries around the world.

As Sr. Manager of FP&A, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our organization. You'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic financial plans, providing insightful analysis, and driving informed decision-making.

• Develop accurate and detailed financial forecasts, including sales, profit, and cash flow projections.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Prepare and manage comprehensive budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Commercial/Operations/Marketing) to drive business growth and profitability.
• Partner with the marketing team to analyze the return on ad spend, identifying opportunities for optimization to drive consumption and brand share growth.
• Develop and analyze metrics to assess brand and customer profitability, including market share, pricing, and cost structure.
• Support decision making for strategic initiatives, corporate development, and other special projects

Requirements:

• BS in Business/Accounting or related degree
• 5 + years of professional experience (2-3 years of CPG FP&A experienced preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
• Ability to take the initiative and work well with peers, managers and leadership to achieve needed customer goals
• Experience with ERP and reporting systems (e.g. Tableau, et)
• Strong proficiency in excel, including vlookups, pivot tables, and basic financial modeling
• Excellent mathematical, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills
