Project Manager

A rapidly growing client of Sterling Engineering, located in Naperville, IL, is expanding its team and adding key roles to support increased customer demand and production volume. This organization is a well-established, ISO-certified manufacturer with a strong reputation in precision metal fabrication and electrical component production, serving industries such as power generation, industrial equipment, and aerospace. They operate in a high-performance, team-oriented environment with a strong emphasis on quality, continuous improvement, and engineering collaboration. They are currently seeking an Estimating/Manufacturing Engineer to support project quoting and production planning efforts. Key Responsibilities Develop cost estimates for manufacturing projects Create detailed process routings and timelines Calculate material usage and layout for projects Prepare proposals to submit for customer review Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams for accurate estimates Interface with customers and suppliers to discuss project requirements and deliverables What Is Needed?
