Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Overnight in North Brunswick, NJ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.35 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Tue: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Wed: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Thur: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Fri: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout commercial property buildings, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity or property concerns. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and reporting observations to appropriate personnel. Monitor access to designated areas, document daily activities and incidents, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 6 months of security-related experience. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
