Role Purpose Statement

The Equipment & Sanitation (E&S) Supervisor is responsible for overseeing equipment flow and deliveries to all departments, ensuring equipment is cleaned properly and delivered in a timely manner. This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational efficiency, food safety, and sanitation standards throughout the facility.

We are seeking a proactive leader who can balance people management, operational execution, and sanitation compliance while ensuring equipment availability and workflow efficiency across the operation.

Main Accountabilities

How You'll Make a Difference
• Supervise, train, and schedule E&S production staff to meet daily output goals.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper maintenance of equipment.
• Identify bottlenecks, document processes, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Oversee the equipment and sanitation operations, maintaining quality control, and ensuring on-time delivery
• Run daily huddles to keep everyone focused and energized
• Enforce strict adherence to HACCP, FDA, USDA, and OSHA regulations, ensuring proper temperature controls and hygiene.
• Optimize staffing and schedules to hit productivity and cost goals
• Implement innovative solutions to improve workflow and reduce waste
• Ensure every flight is catered accurately and on schedule
• Jump in on special projects and company initiatives to make an impact
• Motivate, coach, and develop your team while living our company values

Leadership

• Guide, motivate and develop staff within the Human Resources policies
• Make the company's values and management principles live in the department(s)
• Manage productivity hours and costs in the area of responsibility; initiate and steer corrective actions in case of deviations
• Participate and support company sponsored initiatives such as Quality, HACCP, Lean Manufacturing, Employee Safety and Production systems

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• 1-3+ years in a food production environment 
• Strong understanding of HACCP protocols, and food safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office and production management systems
• Experience leading teams and managing schedules in a manufacturing or distribution setting with a hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and lead under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
