A leading independent, nonprofit health system in North Texas, ~140 miles northwest of Dallas–Fort Worth, is seeking a BC/BE Hematologist/Oncologist to join a growing, hospital-supported Cancer Center.

• Hospital-employed opportunity with a growing cancer program

• High-volume practice with 70+ new patients per month
\n
• Physician autonomy with control over schedule, panel size, and practice growth
\n
• Strong referral network from primary care and specialty providers
\n
• Updated infusion center and dedicated oncology pharmacy support
\n
• Multidisciplinary team including oncology nurse navigators, social work, and palliative care
\n
• Access to a 24-bed inpatient hospice facility
\n
• Opportunities to develop clinical trials, research initiatives, and subspecialty interests

• EPIC EMR

• Advanced diagnostic capabilities including:\n

  • PSMA PET and PET imaging
  \n
  • Stereotactic-guided biopsy
  \n
  • Sentinel lymph node biopsy
  \n
  • Comprehensive diagnostic and imaging services

• Guaranteed starting salary of $600K plus productivity incentives
