Program Manager - Youth Mobile Crisis & Community Health

Eliot Community Human Services, Inc. seeks a Program Manager to lead the Youth Mobile Crisis Intervention (YMCI) team within our Community Behavioral Health Center. You will oversee Masters- and Bachelors-level clinicians and Family Partners delivering 24/7 crisis response to youth and families in crisis, guided by strengths-based, child-centered, and family-focused approaches. This role emphasizes staff development, system linkage, and cross-agency collaboration to minimize out-of-home #J-18808-Ljbffr
