Overview :
HealthPlus Staffing is representing a prestigious Healthcare Group with a network of multispecialty clinics in Miami, FL. Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Vice President of Operations to oversee and manage operations across their healthcare network, which includes a surgical center and diagnostic center. This is an exceptional opportunity for an operational leader in the healthcare industry, with competitive compensation and growth potential.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across multiple clinics, including a surgical center and diagnostic center.
- Develop and implement operational processes to enhance patient care, efficiency, and profitability.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure alignment with the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and financial performance for the network.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Drive patient experience initiatives and operational improvements across the network.
- Work closely with executive leadership to identify and execute business development opportunities.
Qualifications :
- 10+ years of leadership experience in healthcare operations, particularly within multispecialty clinics, surgical centers, or diagnostic centers.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry in South Florida.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred .
- Proven track record of managing large, complex healthcare operations.
- Experience with financial management, regulatory compliance, and process improvement.
Compensation & Benefits :
- Salary : $225,000 per year
- Benefits : Full benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
