Natural Foods Manager

Overview We are hiring for a Department Manager position that will lead our Natural Foods Department. As the key leader accountable for department performance, you will ensure the department operates successfully through effective use of personnel and resources. You will train, influence, and coach the team to provide remarkable guest service. You will direct and coordinate ordering, receiving, merchandising, pricing, and product freshness. Key responsibilities include accurate record‑keeping, guest service, employee relations, labor management, gross‑profit and expense control, inventory management, shrink control, public relations, stocking, and ensuring food safety and company safety practices are followed. Key Responsibilities Lead and train the department team to meet sales and gross‑profit targets. Coordinate ordering, receiving, merchandising, pricing and product freshness. Maintain accurate records and inventory, control shrink and costs. Conduct performance evaluations and accountability conversations. Ensure compliance with food safety and company safety practices. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Previous retail or customer service experience preferred. Benefits 10% employee discount on grocery items and additional franchise‑specific discounts.
