About This Role The Nurse Manager will lead a dynamic team within a primarily outpatient clinic and bronchoscopy procedure suite, overseeing advanced procedures and PFTs for both outpatients and inpatients. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong clinical background and proven leadership skills. Highlights Pay: $101,254.00 - $131,685.00 Location: Rochester, NY Facility: Strong Memorial Hospital Schedule: Full-time, Day shift What You’ll Do Maintain 24-hour accountability for all patient care and nursing activities on assigned outpatient unit. Oversee and direct unit activities including standards development and human resource management. Assess resource needs and utilization for the unit. Manage staff development and communication within nursing practice and among other disciplines. Oversee all performance improvement activities at the unit level. Participate in committees at all levels within the institution. Provide clinical leadership and operational management for a collaborative team. Foster team development and optimize patient flow. Manage resources and implement quality improvement initiatives. Collaborate closely with physician and administrative leaders.
