Retail Leadership Development Facilitator

Food Lion seeks the Leadership Talent Development Specialist to design, execute and refine our Leadership College Portfolio across the organization. You will facilitate adult learning in sessions ranging from one to four weeks and help retail leaders deliver the Retail Management Trainee Program to high-potential graduates.
