This opportunity is ideal for drivers looking for dependable freight, weekly time at home, and late-model equipment backed by a strong operations team. Our goal is to provide a stable driving career with consistent miles and competitive compensation. Compensation Package
- Average weekly income: $1,100–$1,500
- Competitive mileage-based pay on dispatched miles
- Additional compensation for detention and breakdown delays
- Full-time W-2 employment
- Consistent freight volume throughout the year
- Southwest regional operation
- Drivers are typically out 5–6 days at a time
- Weekly home time for a 34–48 hour reset
- Predictable scheduling and dispatch support
- Steady freight network with established customer lanes
- Dry van freight
- No-touch loads
- Majority drop-and-hook freight
- Limited live loading and unloading requirements
- Consistent freight movement with minimal downtime
Drivers operate modern, professionally maintained tractors, including:
- Kenworth
- Freightliner
- International
Additional features include:
- Assigned equipment
- Take-home truck program available
- Regular maintenance support

To be considered, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Possess a valid Class A CDL
- Have at least 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Have recent commercial driving experience within the previous 90 days
- Be able to satisfy DOT physical, drug screening, and safety requirements
- SAP accepted if Step 6 is complete and driver has some experience with another carrier since completion.
All driving records, prior incidents, and background information are evaluated individually and in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
