We are seeking a senior electronics technician for a leader in Technology. Operating with limited supervision, technicians will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair returned products, including rackmount servers, industrial PCs, cabling, wiring, and electronic assemblies.

Key Responsibilities

• System-Level Repair: Perform advanced diagnostics, upgrades, and repairs on rackmount servers, medical systems, and industrial PCs using schematics and Product Work Instructions (PWI).

• Meet the standard 15-business-day turnaround metric and manage daily priorities using the Velosity scheduling tool.

• Maintain documentation accuracy in the ERP system (SAP preferred) for order maintenance, tracking, and inventory control.

• Partner with internal teams to resolve complex challenges, and provide peer coaching to other technicians.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s Degree (AS) in Electronics, Computer Science, or equivalent military/technical training.

• Experience: 4 to 5+ years of hands-on, system-level repair experience involving servers, industrial PCs, or modules.

• Proficient with Windows Server, standard Windows OS, and Linux distributions. Ability to build, test, and repair electronic components and peripherals.
