Role Summary
We are seeking a Software Developer to join our team in Mesa, AZ. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on full stack development. You will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of web applications, desktop application, working on both front-end and back-end components. You'll support manufacturing efficiency through custom tools and ERP enhancements. You'll collaborate with other developers and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable software solutions.

Role Summary
We are seeking a Software Developer to join our team in Mesa, AZ. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on full stack development. You will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of web applications, desktop application, working on both front-end and back-end components. You'll support manufacturing efficiency through custom tools and ERP enhancements. You'll collaborate with other developers and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using Angular (front-end) and C# (back-end)
- Maintenance and migration of legacy .Net Forms application.
- Collaborate on scalable software architecture and conduct code reviews
- Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to code reviews
- Help implement testing and debugging processes
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies
- Work closely with senior developers and technical leads
- Create intranet-based tools to support manufacturing operations
- Customize ERP features (dashboards, BPMs, BAQs, UI adjustments)
- Participate in Agile development cycles and cross-functional team collaboration
- 2-4 years of software development experience
- Proficiency in Angular, C#, and Microsoft SQL
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with Visual Studio 2022 / Visual Studio Code
- Unit testing and debugging experience
- Experience with ERP systems or integration projects
- Exposure to manufacturing or heat transfer industries
- Experience with unit testing frameworks
Curiosity or passion for 3D modeling and parametric design
