Dishwasher

We are looking for motivated, self-starting Dishwashers to enhance our kitchen team. As a Dishwasher, you help ensure the Earls environment is unbelievably clean and organized. This role keeps the restaurant's wheels turning, and is the foundation of all of our Chefs' careers.


Compensation: $15-$21/hr

Hourly wage will be based on a comprehensive evaluation of each candidate's qualifications and achievements. While the range provides a general guideline, final offers will be tailored to each individual.

In addition to your hourly wage, you will be eligible to receive a kitchen team bonus funded by a 4% service charge applied to food sales. This will be distributed among the back-of-house team based on the number of hours worked and will be included in your regular paycheck.

Responsibilities:

Uphold the highest kitchen standards and maintain cleanliness and safety at your station
• Work closely with staff from all areas of the business to foster a culture of teamwork through effective communication.
• Tackle problems by using your master multi-tasking and communication skills, and be empowered to make decisions for you and your team members
