This isn't an R&D role. The research phase proved the concept works. The engine runs — now we need to build the car around it. You'll be joining a small, high‑caliber team with deep voice and telephony expertise, and your job is to help us turn that foundation into a SaaS platform that resellers can white‑label and deploy for thousands of SMBs. What You’ll Do Ship the Product: Build the SaaS platform layer that turns our AI voice agent into a multi‑tenant, revenue‑generating product — tenant management, partner APIs, configuration workflows, onboarding UX, operational dashboards, and the glue that holds it all together.
