Security Badging Admin – Mountain View, CA – Full Time As a Security Badging Admin in Mountain View, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech, Media, Telecom, and more. You will monitor and patrol designated areas, keep a visible presence to deter security incidents, and provide excellent customer service through clear communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $27.10 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon – Fri 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Responsibilities Provide customer service to clients by following security procedures, site‑specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by site. Observe and report any suspicious activity or security‑related incidents to the appropriate personnel. Assist with access control and help deter unauthorized entry to restricted areas. Support emergency response activities according to site protocols. Minimum Requirements Must have at least 2 years of security experience. Must possess a valid driver’s license in the state where the job is located. Must have at least 2 years of Badging Admin experience. Must be at least 21 years of age. Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles. Must be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience. California Security Guard Card is preferred. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
