Junior Engineer - Avionics Ground and Flight Test [26082] (M/W/D)

Responsibilities Prepare avionics ground and flight test activities on aircraft, including development of flight test programs. Execute on‑aircraft ground tests and participate in real‑time monitoring of test data systems during flight tests. Analyze test data and document results, deviations, and findings. Develop analysis routines/software or define requirements for analysis software related to test data evaluation. Collaborate closely with design, development, and testing teams within Airbus Defence and Space and external stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Aerospace Engineering. Brings 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in engineering or testing activities. Has knowledge of fighter avionics systems. Is familiar with test support systems tracing tools and high level programming languages such as MaTE, OCTANE, DOORS, JIRA, C, C++ and Python. Has proficient German and fluent English language skills. Is a strong team player with excellent communication skills, a problem solving mindset and a proactive open minded personality.
