Java Developer

Position: Business Analyst


Location: Jersey City, New Jersey


Duration: Long term

Requirement:

• 7-10+ years in Investment Banking or Management Consulting, with at least 4 years focused specifically on Banking Customer Analytics or Master Data Strategy.
• Experience in writing functional requirements for a global C360 platform, ensuring it captures the complexity of institutional client hierarchies (parent/child/subsidiary relationships) with deep understanding of Investment Banking products (OTC Derivatives, Prime Brokerage, Syndicate, etc.).
• Experience in Design and oversee the implementation of advanced analytics, including Propensity to Churn, Next Best Action (NBA), and Customer Tiering models.
• Proven experience with Customer Master Data Management (MDM) and building unified customer profiles with match and merge engineering logics.
• Familiarity with SQL and the ability to interpret Python/R model outputs for business stakeholders.
