Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical/Surgical unit with a 9-patient assignment
• Manage care for general Medical/Surgical patients, including overflow oncology cases
• Accurately document all patient care activities and clinical findings using EPIC
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and deliver safe, effective patient care
• Monitor patient status, identify changes in condition, and respond appropriately throughout the night shift

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license with Nursys verification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical/Surgical nursing
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records system (required)
• Current BLS/certification card required
• Resume or work history with no employment gaps greater than 60 days
• Completed skills checklist and professional references required at time of submission

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience caring for oncology patients in an overflow or general medical setting
• Familiarity with high-acuity, fast-paced hospital environments
