Summary The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for providing civil engineering support for a wide variety of land development projects including residential, commercial, institutional, industrial, resort, recreation, infrastructure, and attraction. General Responsibilities Prepare and oversee civil engineering design for site geometry, grading, drainage, roadway, water distribution, wastewater collection/transmission, parks and other civil improvements. Prepare and oversee development of design drawings, technical specifications, reports, cost estimates and other project deliverables. Analyze technical information, perform engineering calculations, and advance design concepts into effective and financially feasible engineering designs. Author technical reports such as due diligence reports, feasibility reports, design reports, and technical memoranda. Provide technical support throughout all project stages from request for proposal through final design and construction. Serve as Engineer of Record for various projects and/or project tasks. Prepare and participate in client meetings and presentations. Provide leadership and guidance for engineering interns and technicians. Required Education Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related engineering field. Professional Engineering license. Required Experience Minimum 5 years’ experience in planning, design and permitting of land development projects. Effective oral and written communication skills. Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment. Highly organized with good time management skills. Experience in the use of AutoCAD Civil3D. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, WaterCAD, SewerCAD, StormCAD, ICPR, HEC-RAS and other engineering design software. #J-18808-Ljbffr Career-Collective
