SUMMARY / OBJECTIVEThe Cycle Counter is responsible for accurately counting, recording, and verifying the materials and tracking inventory within the warehouse. This position requires an individual who is detail-oriented and able to work independently while managing multiple tasks. Responsibilities include conducting physical counts of stock, reconciling discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records in the inventory system. The Cycle Counter must also possess good communication skills to coordinate with production and inventory management personnel. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Maintain and track inventory of cycles and accessoriesMonitor and ensure the safety of cyclistsProvide customer service and handle sales transactionsAssist in resolving customer complaintsOther duties may be assigned COMPETENCIESTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The base days and hours are Monday through Friday, eight (8) hours per day depending on shift assigned. TRAVELNo travel is expected for this position. REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCEMust have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
