Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)

Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: Monday - Thursday Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Experience: 1 year of experience required; at least 1 travel contract completed preferred

License: State license required

Certifications: BLS required

Must-Have: Driver's License required, Work history/resume required, Skills checklist must have been completed within 1 year of submission date required, License verification required, One supervisory reference required at the time of submission, Must reside outside of 50 miles from the facility

Description: The traveler will be a member of the interdisciplinary team. They will contribute professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients. The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses. The role involves working with patients who are deconditioned, post-operative, or post-hospitalization. The schedule includes working 1-2 out of 3 holiday weekends (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day). The traveler must have completed a skills checklist within the past year and provide verification of their license. A supervisory reference is required for submission. This position does not require working weekends. Candidates must not have been employees of the organization in the last 12 months.
