PrideStaff - Greenville is seeking honest, dependable, and detail-oriented Production Associates for an immediate entry-level opportunity with a premier business customer in the Pelham Road area of Greenville, SC.

In this entry-level role, you will perform light assembly, packaging, and routine quality checks. We are looking for reliable team players who take pride in doing a great job, following instructions carefully, and maintaining steady productivity.

Production Associate Primary Responsibilities include:

Your main responsibility is the efficient execution of routine production tasks and quality inspections, ensuring all finished products meet company standards.

• Production & Light Packaging: Assemble, package, and prep light product components according to established standard operating procedures.
• Quality Checks: Perform visual quality inspections on parts and products to catch minor defects before final packaging.
• Instruction Following: Listen attentively to supervisor directions and strictly follow written work orders and plant guidelines.
• Work Area Maintenance: Keep assigned work stations clean, organized, and free of debris to maintain a safe working environment.

Production Associate Requirements include:

• Work History Stability: Must show a record of job reliability, averaging at least 8 months or more per position on your resume .
• Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand, bend, twist, and maneuver continuously for up to 8 hours per day (light lifting required).
• Work Ethic & Values: Looking for honest, trustworthy, and hard-working individuals with a positive attitude.
• Instruction & Detail: Strong ability to pay attention to detail and accurately follow verbal and written instructions.
• Reliability: Excellent attendance, punctuality, and dependable transportation.
