Shift Leader's Responsibilities:
- Ensuring excellent hospitality and customer service of the daily operations
- Creating a proactive work environment for Dunkin' team
- Training, Coaching & Team Building
- Efficiently able to manage fast paced daily operation
- Lead the Shift with efficient shift deployment
