Klutch MFM is hiring a Founding Account Executive to help build one of the fastest-growing opportunities in AI sales coaching and recruiting . If you've ever wanted the chance to think like an entrepreneur instead of just filling a seat, this is it.

What You'll Do

• Generate new business through cold calls, email outreach, networking, and referrals
• Sell AI-powered sales coaching software and recruiting solutions
• Build relationships with hiring managers and business leaders
• Own and manage your sales pipeline in HubSpot
• Partner with recruiters while you stay focused on closing new business
• Help establish the sales playbook as an early member of the team
