Business Process Analyst IILocation: Arden Hills MN 55112 (Hybrid) Duration: 12 Months Pay Rate: $45.00-48.32/hr. on W2Job Purpose: The Contract Coordinator will be a member of Boston Scientific's Quality Assurance Team supporting BSC's customers, Corporate Sales and internal operations. The Contract Coordinator interfaces with sales and operations teams with key responsibilities supporting rebate payments to customers, triaging rebate payment related questions and maintaining a highly detailed process.Does Not Directly Engage In Software/Application Development.Key Responsibilities:Work cross-functionally with the Rebates and Fees team, Pricing and Contracting teams, Global Business Support as well as other BSC divisions to ensure effective, accurate and consistent workflow.Communicate with the Sales organization and customers regarding rebate payment documentation.Prepare final customer facing documentation of rebate payment and submit payment requests through BSC Accounting on a weekly basis in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.Utilize contracting management system tools and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions to ensure accurate and timely rebate payments.General knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards.Support rebate payment and ad-hoc information requests from the Sales organization and/or customer.Manage rebate payment transactions through completion, including reviewing payment information, coordinating check, ACH, and credit memo processing, and ensuring required activities are completed within established timelines.Perform quality checks on payment information, customer-facing documentation, recipient information, and supporting records to ensure accuracy and completeness.Quality Systems Duties and Responsibilities: Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.Qualifications:4-year degree in business-related fieldIndividual must display strong individual management skills, including effectively managing multiple prioritiesMust be detail oriented and eagerness to learn
