Dance Instructor and Choreographer - all styles

Leading Edge Academy of Dance is seeking passionate and talented Dance Instructors to join our team. If you have a deep passion for dance, teaching and a desire to inspire students of all ages, we would love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Develop and implement curriculum that offers engaging, educational, and challenging classes. Choreograph performances that showcase the talent and hard work of our students. Proficient in one or more of the following dance styles: ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, modern, contemporary, acro, creative movement, and Zumba. Managing a classroom to ensure a positive, inclusive learning environment. Work with competitive and recreational dancers, adapting to their various stages, levels, and abilities. Active participation in team trainings and contribution to the studio values across all student touchpoints. Qualifications A college degree in dance and/or equivalent teaching experience in a dance studio environment. Experience in classroom management and curriculum development. Experience teaching diverse styles of dance. Ability to work with dancers of all ages, levels, and skills. A team player who values collaboration and contributing to a dynamic studio environment.
