We're on the hunt for a Dishwasher who's ready to help us delight our Guests and keep things sparkling clean behind the scenes. Our Dishwashers are essential to keeping our kitchen running smoothly ensuring our dishes, glassware, cookware, and utensils look clean like new for every shift.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Set up, maintain, and break down the dish machine (arms, screens, baskets the whole deal)
- Keep an eye on water temperature and sanitation levels to make sure everything's running right
- Inspect dishes and smallwares to make sure they're clean like new
- Wash and properly store dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and more for both the front and back of house
- Follow all health code standards for sanitation
- Remove trash and clean garbage cans
- Keep the dish area, utensil racks, and chemical storage organized and sparkling clean
- Help out with side work and extra projects as assigned
What We're Looking For:
- A valid Food Handler's Card
- Someone who can go with the flow and handle the ups and downs of a busy day
- Good judgment and quality decision-making (with support from the Manager on Duty)
- A team player who's also comfortable working independently when needed
