Are you an experienced Case Manager who’s passionate about helping others and making a real difference in your community? Join a growing personal injury firm where your work truly matters. We're searching for someone who has 2 Years of Experience as a Case Manager at a personal Injury firm (REQUIRED) . Someone who is accountable, reliable, highly organized, focused, and thrives under pressure. Knows Microsoft Office and is comfortable navigating Case Management software (Knowledge of FileVine is a plus!). This is a FULL-TIME, IN-PERSON ROLE, Monday to Friday 8:30 AM-5:00 PM OR 9:00 AM-5:30 PM

What You’ll Do:

As a Case Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind case progress from intake to resolution, supporting clients and attorneys with compassion, clarity, and consistency. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing a high-volume caseload of pre-suit and litigation personal injury cases
Drafting and sending demands and settlement documents
Ordering and reviewing medical records and bills
Communicating with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters
Updating tasks, notes, and documentation in the case management system
Ensuring all files are accurate, complete, and moving toward resolution
