AI Creative Lead

Owning the generative stack for paid social and native creative, the full-time remote AI Creative Lead will manage the end-to-end production of character-locked stills, AI video, and voiceover, ensuring alignment with direct-response marketing principles and maintaining high creative standards. Key responsibilities Oversee the generation of paid social and native creative, from approved scripts to editor-ready footage Ensure character, wardrobe, and continuity consistency across all generated content Scout and onboard new generative models and tools, optimizing the production workflow Required qualifications 4+ years in creative production, with 1-2 years focused on generative AI video and image production Strong understanding of direct-response advertising principles and performance metrics Demonstrated experience with a portfolio showcasing AI-generated or AI-assisted video and stills Current fluency with generative AI tools, including image models and AI voiceover Ability to troubleshoot rendering issues and maintain character consistency across multiple outputs
