Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable Medication Technician / Caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate is compassionate, dependable, and enjoys working with seniors in a collaborative care environment. This role combines medication administration responsibilities with hands-on caregiving support.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents according to physician orders and facility policies
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff or management
• Maintain accurate medication and care documentation
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
• Work collaboratively with a team-oriented care staff to ensure quality resident care

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving, experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work with a mature, dedicated care team
