About the Role An entry‑level Sales Associate, also known as a Product Specialist, will engage customers, provide exceptional service, and help drive sales and customer satisfaction. Contribute to store and individual sales goals. Maintain store appearance by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and managing merchandise. Handle cashier responsibilities accurately, processing payments and ensuring a positive checkout experience. Stay informed on the latest Skechers footwear, apparel, and accessories to enhance customer experience and sales. Collaborate with team members to create an inviting store environment that reflects the brand and meets company standards. What We Need From You Eager to deliver top‑notch customer service at an entry‑level retail role. Driven to meet and exceed retail sales goals. Reliable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable with cashier responsibilities. Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and varying schedules. Enthusiastic about representing the Skechers brand with energy and urgency. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
