Position Overview Shipping Supervisor – Oversees shipping personnel, ensuring accurate and timely product shipment while maintaining safety and quality standards. Benefits may vary by location. Responsibilities Supervise, train, and direct shipping personnel. Ensure fulfillment of production orders and timely distribution. Adjust assignments to cover absenteeism and emergencies. Review documents for accuracy; identify and eliminate errors. Maintain cleanliness of the work area. Ensure employee compliance with work rules. Recommend disciplinary actions and participate in the process. Practice and comply with company policies and procedures, including EEO, harassment, safety, Sarbanes‑Oxley, etc. Perform other duties deemed integral to the job (e.g., scheduling, attendance, operating rules). Preferred Qualifications Two (2) or more years of related experience; high‑school diploma or equivalency; completion of a formal management skills training program.
