We are hiring an experienced Commercial Plumbing Foreman to lead crews on commercial construction projects in the Charlotte area. This is a long-term position with steady work, strong support, and excellent benefits — including a company truck.

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise commercial plumbing crews
- Layout and install plumbing systems for new construction
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Coordinate manpower, materials, and daily work plans
- Ensure work meets quality standards and schedules
- Maintain jobsite safety and company policies
- Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and other trades
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience
- Previous foreman or lead experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems
- Ability to read blueprints and perform layout
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing codes, standards, and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record & pass a drug test.
