What Youll Do
As a Cosmetology Instructor youll play a vital role in developing confident career-ready beauty professionals. Youll:
Teach cosmetology theory and practical skills using the Paul Mitchell curriculum
Coach and mentor students throughout their educational journey
Demonstrate current techniques trends and industry best practices
Supervise and support students in the clinic classroom
Foster a positive engaging and inclusive learning environment
Collaborate with fellow educators and leadership to deliver an exceptional educational experience
Encourage professionalism creativity and personal growth in every Future Professional

Qualifications
Current Utah cosmetology license (required)
Instructor license or eligibility to meet Utahs instructor requirements
Passion for education mentorship and student success
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Previous teaching experience is a plus but were happy to provide training for the right candidate
