Job Overview

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Packaging Associates to join our warehouse operations team in Piscataway, NJ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for packaging products accurately and efficiently while maintaining quality standards and following all safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Package products according to company specifications and quality standards
• Label, seal, and prepare products for shipment
• Inspect products for defects or damage before packaging
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety guidelines and warehouse procedures
• Meet daily production and packaging goals
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or packaging experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Authorized to work in the United States

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
