Executive Director, Community Impact & Fundraising
YMCA of Western North Carolina
The YMCA of Western North Carolina is hiring an Executive Director to lead a service line across the association. You will guide staff and volunteers, foster a positive culture, and ensure high-quality programs aligned with our mission. You will manage a large donor portfolio, drive financial development, and partner with community organizations to expand impact.
