We are looking for you on our team. In the position of Wraparound facilitator, you will support youth in crisis by strengthening family and community in which youth can thrive. You will collaborate with community partners to ensure needs are met while strengthening youth and family resiliency and knowledge. On the job certification as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP). Works in homes, schools, and community settings in Tarrant County.
