We are searching for a Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant to work for a client located in Mandeville, La.

The pay for this position will be $17 per hour.

Benefits include: 401K, 80% of medical premium paid for employee, 50% of medical premium paid for the dependents, Paid holidays, PTO

Job responsibilities of the Office Assistant:
Clerical duties such as filing, faxing, scanning, copying, etc.
Mail distribution for the office
Data Entry
Moderate computer work
Other office projects or tasks as assigned

Requirements of the Office Assistant:
1+ year of clerical/customer service experience
High School Diploma
Experience in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
Professional, friendly, and eager/willing to learn
Excellent attention to detail
