Desired Skills & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active licensure as an SLP
• Previous experience in school-based settings is strongly preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for a diverse caseload
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
• Create, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans to address diagnosed needs
• Deliver speech-language therapy sessions in individual or small group settings
• Maintain detailed and compliant documentation on assessments, progress, and outcomes
• Collaborate with educational staff and families to support student IEP goals
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development opportunities
• Support classroom teachers with strategies to integrate communication goals into daily learning
