Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Opportunity at Langdon Place of KeeneWe are thrilled to announce that Langdon Place of Keene, a 73-apartment Assisted Living community and skilled rehabilitation unit, is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. As an LPN at Langdon Place of Keene, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional care to our residents while working in a warm and welcoming environment.Available Shifts: 7PM - 11PM | 7PM - 7AMCompensation: $31.00 - $38.00 based on experience + additional shift differentialsResponsibilities:As an LPN, you'll play a key role in resident care and team leadership, including:Supervising and guiding LNA activities to ensure quality careParticipating in admissions, discharges, and transfersMonitoring resident conditions and promptly notifying physicians and familiesAccurately transcribing and carrying out physician ordersAdministering medications and monitoring for adverse reactionsPerforming wound care and treatments per physician ordersCoordinating follow-up appointments and transportationProviding direct nursing procedures such as tube feedings, suctioning, IV administration, colostomy care, and moreConducting rounds to ensure care needs are met and staff duties are completedCollaborating with interdisciplinary team members to support comprehensive careMaintaining adequate supplies, medications, and equipmentInitiating and updating care plansSupporting end-of-life care with compassion and professionalismAssisting during surveys and participating in committees as assignedYour leadership helps ensure residents receive safe, attentive, and personalized care.Requirements:Valid LPN license in New HampshireStrong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient careExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamPrevious experience in long-term care or a similar setting is preferred but not requiredBenefitsWe are proud to offer full- and part-time employee's benefits options, including:Healthcare benefits (full-time only)Dental (full-time only)Vision (full-time only)STD/LTDLife Insurance401(k) ProgramVacation and sick timePersonal days (full-time only)Wellness program with free telehealth, preventative care, deep discounts on some pharmaceutical prescriptions, and moreEligible full-time employees may elect Modified Compensation calculated at 10-20% of the base rate in lieu of select benefits.Join our team and apply today!
